Re: Tobasco
To be fair, Tabasco does do a really hot sauce:

From Wiki:

In 2017, Tabasco released a limited edition sauce made with the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper, which can reach up to 2,000,000 scoville units.

Don't like stuff silly hot that completely overpowers everything, but I quite like Franks Hot Sauce.

Was a bottle in a free pack given away at the Ideal Home Show when I took my mum last year and I can't get enough of it now.

Goes a treat with chicken and the Nigerian bird I work with swears by the stuff.

Don't mind a bit of HEAT in the mush but the exit process is unbearable nowadays so I tend to give it a miss.

Tobasco of course is not really tearing it up on the scoville scale and is perfectly bearable.

Re: Tobasco
Holy fuck is actually the mildest sauce the Ribman does. The last time I saw him he gave me a bottle of holy mother of god, which I think is the hottest he does, and contains the Carolina reaper. That one ain’t messing about.

Encona or sriracha for day to day purposes.

Smother most of my food in one of either.

Tobasco on baked beans works really well for some reason.
